✦The Five Systems · practical playbooks
Contents

This workbook takes the goal you shared and runs it through the library. It shows exactly how to decompose a bundle of goals into one master identity plus per-domain sub-goals, then fills in Part A for every playbook so you can start today.

The goal as shared, restated: healthy body (2km run / 50 pushups / 25 pullups / 50 Surya Namaskar), most disciplined person, $10k/month trading bounce strategy via prop firms, AI engineer working on own terms from Switzerland, own a house there, live there with family, cycling with children Saturday evenings, strict daily yoga + meditation with zero missed days, $100k savings by Jun 2027.

Step 0 — Calibration flags (read first; override freely)

Two targets in the shared goal are outside what the framework — or physics — can carry. Every playbook in this library has a "believable, not heroic" rule (Lipton says it explicitly: a belief the body knows is false gets rejected). An impossible target silently breaks the practice. Here are the two, honestly:

Flag 1 — "Run 2km in 5 minutes"

Reality: 2km in 5:00 = 24 km/h = world-record-adjacent pace. The men's outdoor 2km world record is ~4:43. This is elite competitive territory, not a fitness goal — no amount of belief changes a 24 km/h average for a non-elite runner. The practice itself would reject it.

Proposed (working goal): 2km in 8:00 (4:00/km) within 12 months. That is genuinely fast for an amateur and fully believable. If you go sub-7, you can re-open the 5:00 target later. Your call — override freely.

Flag 2 — "$10k/month by end of this year" from prop-firm trading

Reality: end of this year is ~4.5 months away. Most retail traders lose money; most prop-firm evaluations fail; even profitable traders ramp income slowly. A monthly income figure that depends on market outcomes is exactly the category the framework is weakest at (external events). And pinning a belief to a market number trains you to doubt the practice whenever the market is quiet — which is most of the time.

Proposed (working goal): split it —

  • (a) Process goal the framework CAN carry: "I am a consistently profitable, disciplined trader of a funded bounce-strategy account."
  • (b) Ramp target with a lower floor: first prop payout by ~Dec 2026; scaling toward $10k/month across 2027, with the AI career as the stable income foundation underneath.

Override freely — but if you keep the Dec-2026 income number as a hard belief, expect the belief to fail under the market's silence, not your practice.

(Everything else in the goal is kept as shared, with one note: 25 strict pullups is elite-calisthenics territory; the schedule targets 20 and treats 25 as the stretch. Override freely.)

Step 1 — The master identity sentence (this is the ONE belief everything hangs on)

Write the whole bundle as a single, present, positive identity — one sentence. This is what every system will carry. If the sentence is true, every sub-goal below is just its natural consequence.

"I am the disciplined, healthy person who lives in Switzerland with my family in our own home, works as an AI engineer on my own terms, and builds wealth calmly and steadily."

Test it with the playbook rules: positive ✓, first-person ✓, present ✓, specific enough to feel ✓, no process ("how") in it ✓, and — the important one — believable. Read it aloud. If it makes you flinch, soften a word ("owns a home" → "living in our own home") until you can say it without a wince. That's not giving up; that's making it installable.

Step 2 — Decompose into domains (one row = one sub-goal + its system)

Domain Working (believable) target Stretch (your original) System(s) that carry it
Body — running 2km in 8:00 by Aug 2027 2km in 5:00 Haanel (discipline) + run training
Body — strength 50 pushups, 20 pullups, 50 Surya Namaskar by Aug 2027 25 pullups Haanel + Coué ("I can" state)
Discipline & habits Yoga + meditation every single day, zero missed — Haanel ritual + Dispenza identity
Career Skilled AI engineer earning remotely, operating from Switzerland on my own terms — Neville (end-state) + Dispenza
Trading Funded bounce-strategy account; first payout by Dec 2026; ramp through 2027 $10k/mo by Dec 2026 Lipton (money program) + Haanel (wealth)
Wealth $100k combined savings by Jun 2027 — Financial plan (Step 5)
Life Own a home in Switzerland; live there with family; cycling Saturdays — Neville (the scene)

Step 3 — The honest risk register (what the framework can and can't do here)

The framework reliably changes you: discipline, health, identity, consistency, and process. It does not replace real-world plans for the external parts of this goal:

  • Market income → protected by risk rules, not by belief. Define now: max risk per trade (e.g. ≤1%), a daily/weekly loss limit, and a rule that a red week means "size down," never "double down." Prop evaluations are a process with pass/fail probabilities; treat them as a queue, not a promise.
  • Switzerland (immigration + housing) → needs a real pathway, not belief. For non-EU nationals this is a work-permit program (employer-sponsored, high-skilled) — start the paperwork/network now, in parallel with the practice. Swiss property is among the world's most expensive; "own a home" may land after Jun 2027. Keep it as the end-state; fund it with income, not assumption.
  • $100k by Jun 2027 → 10 months out, this needs a real savings rate. See Step 5 for the math and build the plan off your actual numbers, not the belief.

None of this makes the goal smaller — it makes the belief installable, which is the only way the framework works at all.

Step 4 — The master schedule (the "strict, no missed day" backbone)

The single most important non-belief component of this goal. The schedule IS the discipline — you don't wait to feel disciplined, you follow the clock and the discipline follows the schedule. Three sections are absolute: yoga + meditation daily (non-negotiable), the training split, and the Saturday cycling slot (this is part of your end-state — protect it).

The non-negotiables (every day, zero exceptions)

Time Non-negotiable Detail
05:15–05:35 Coué (waking, in bed) 20× general + 20× specific, monotone
05:35–06:05 Yoga (incl. Surya Namaskar) Build reps 12 → 50 over months
06:05–06:25 Meditation 20 min, sit upright
06:25–06:45 Haanel block Concentration → Visualization → Affirmation
06:45–07:30 Training (alternates) See split below
21:00–21:20 Neville SATS End-state scene, fall asleep in it
21:20–21:30 Optional Revision Replay the day as you wished it
22:00 Lights out Sleep is part of the health goal

"Zero exceptions" applies to the core. If a day collapses, drop to the two anchors (Coué + Neville) rather than skipping — see 07-combined-practice.md Tier 1. The tier system is how you protect the streak on a bad day.

Sunday

Morning Coué (waking) + yoga + meditation + weekly review + plan (see Step 6)
Afternoon Family + prep (meals, week schedule, trading week plan)
Evening Neville SATS, early sleep

Training progression (brief, so the numbers are believable)

  • Running: 2–3 runs/week (one interval, one easy-long). Test 2km monthly. Pace ladder: 10:00 → 9:00 → 8:30 → 8:00. (Your 5:00 is the flagged stretch.)
  • Pushups: 3 sets most days, add a rep per set weekly → 50.
  • Pullups: "grease the groove" — a few reps scattered through the day; negatives first if you can't do one yet → 20, stretch 25.
  • Surya Namaskar: start at 12/day, add 2/week → 50.

Step 5 — Filled-in Part A for every playbook

The bundle is decomposed; now each system gets its exact goal input. Copy these verbatim, then run the playbook's daily protocol.

Haanel (course goal sentence + weekly themes)

"By August 2027, I am living in Switzerland with my family in our own home, healthy and disciplined, with $100,000 in savings."

Theme-map your 24 weeks across the domains, ~6 weeks each: weeks 1–6 body/discipline → 7–12 career (AI) → 13–18 trading & wealth → 19–24 life (Switzerland). Same three daily exercises (concentration → visualization → affirmation), theme changes weekly, goal sentence stays fixed.

Neville Goddard (end-state scene — one loop, nightly SATS)

Saturday evening. I'm on a bike beside a lake in Switzerland, my children riding ahead of me, my partner beside me. Our house is visible up the hill. I hear the kids laughing, feel the cool air and the warmth of the evening, and think, "this is my life."

That one 6-second scene implies everything in the bundle: location, family, home, health (you can keep up with the kids), and freedom (you're on your own terms on a Saturday evening). Loop it as you fall asleep. All day, answer the doubting inner voice with "No — that's my Saturday."

Bruce Lipton (the blocking program → replacement)

  • Program (find the exact sentence you actually tell yourself): "I start things and don't finish. I'm not disciplined like that. Money is hard for me." — write your real version, plus where it came from and the body signature when you say it.
  • Replacement: "I keep my word to myself, and I build wealth calmly and steadily." (Say it aloud — adjust until no wince.)
  • Anchor behavior (within minutes of the install): open the trading journal or the savings spreadsheet and look at it, calmly.

Coué (specific suggestion, 20× on the counter, monotone)

"I am healthy, disciplined, and I keep my promises to myself."

Rides on the general phrase ("Every day, in every way, I'm getting better and better"). This handles the day-to-day state — the body of discipline.

Dispenza (identity + demon + ordinary day)

  • Identity (A1): the master sentence from Step 1.
  • Demon (A2): the identity that starts and stops — the familiar feeling of enthusiasm-then-abandonment. Body signature: the heaviness when a routine breaks, the small relief of "I'll restart Monday." That relief is the demon.
  • Ordinary day (step 4): waking at 5:30 without an alarm, yoga, two focused work blocks, a calm trading session, cycling with the kids, checking the savings balance without anxiety.

Step 6 — Checkpoints on the timeline (2026-08 → 2027-06)

When Checkpoint
Aug 2026 (now) Baseline everything: 2km time, pushup/pullup counts, Surya count, savings balance, start the trading journal
Sep 2026 30-day streak yoga+meditation; 2km time down; submit first prop-firm evaluation
Oct 2026 60-day streak; strength numbers up; funded-account evaluation in progress
Nov 2026 90-day streak; run ~9:00; savings plan on track
Dec 2026 First prop payout target (flagged, not guaranteed); year-end review + 2027 plan
Jan–May 2027 Income ramp; savings acceleration; start Switzerland visa/employer pathway in parallel
Jun 2027 $100k savings checkpoint; run 2km target; re-plan

Weekly rhythm (Sundays): 20-minute review — hit/miss on the non-negotiables, trading journal health, savings number, next week's plan. Monthly: re-test the 2km, recount the strength reps. Quarterly: re-run Step 0 (calibration) — goals move; the practice doesn't.

Step 7 — The savings reality (so $100k by Jun 2027 is a plan, not a prayer)

  • Jun 2027 is ~10 months out. $100k in 10 months = $10k/month saved. That requires combined net income well above $10k/mo plus a high savings rate — only realistic if both income streams are strong and living costs are contained. If your current savings is near zero, treat Jun 2027 as the checkpoint for $50–100k depending on actual income, and set the plan from real numbers each month.
  • The discipline that gets you to Switzerland and the $100k is exactly the schedule in Step 4. The framework carries the person; the plan carries the numbers. Do both.
