Turn any goal into a daily practice.
Five goal-generalizable systems — Haanel, Neville Goddard, Bruce Lipton, Émile Coué, and Joe Dispenza. Each is a procedure, not a philosophy: pick one, fill in your goal, and walk the steps daily.
A library of five goal-generalizable practice systems, one per teacher: Haanel, Neville Goddard, Bruce Lipton, Émile Coué, and Joe Dispenza.
Each playbook is a procedure, not a philosophy. You bring one goal; you walk the steps daily; you reassess at the end of the run. The steps are written so they work for any goal you fill into them — health, money, relationships, habits, identity.
How to use this library
- New to all this? Read
11-beginner-path.mdFIRST — it stages the whole library so you start with ~15 min/day and scale by gates, without overload. Then use00-quickstart.mdonce you've picked a system — it walks one goal end-to-end. Have a real multi-part goal? Read06-goal-workbook.md— it shows how to decompose a goal bundle and has every Part A pre-filled. - Pick a system — use the decision guide below, or just start with the one that matches your temperament. All five work from the same core belief (subconscious/imagination is the creator), so don't agonize.
- Read its playbook once, fully. Each is self-contained.
- Fill in Part A (the goal) from the playbook. This is the only step that varies per goal.
- Do Part B daily for the duration in Part C. No skipping days.
- At the end of the run, score yourself on Part D and read Part E before deciding whether to extend, switch systems, or drop the goal.
Decision guide — which system for which goal
| If your goal is… | Use | Why |
|---|---|---|
| An external outcome (money, a job, an opportunity) | Haanel or Neville | Both claim the broadest scope. Expect the least guarantee here too. |
| Health, healing, symptoms | Coué or Lipton | The most measurable claims — and the most modest, deliberately. |
| Reprogramming identity ("become someone who…") | Dispenza or Lipton | Both target the subconscious with repeated states, not just thoughts. |
| A habit or mood change | Coué | The minimal daily ritual — built for exactly this. |
| General life transformation, building discipline | Haanel or Dispenza | The two most structured, ritualized systems. |
| You have 5 minutes a day max | Neville or Coué | Nightly SATS scene or a twice-daily 2-minute phrase. |
| You want a science-flavored framing | Lipton or Dispenza | Epigenetics / neuroplasticity language throughout. |
One honest note (read before you start)
These systems reliably change what is within your influence — your beliefs, your emotional state, your behavior, your physiology, how you respond to events, whether you take aligned action. That is real and scientifically supported (this is Lipton and Dispenza's actual contribution).
They do not reliably conjure external circumstances — other people changing against their will, lottery wins, physical events. Every teacher believes the stronger claim; none of them can demonstrate it. So treat the playbooks as: change yourself first and most reliably; let the outer result be the vote, not the bet. A playbook is a daily practice — it works whether or not the goal arrives, because the practice is itself the change.
