The difference from 07-combined-practice.md:
- 07 runs all five systems every day at three depth tiers — same systems in sequence each morning/night, uniform daily depth (~50 min standard).
- This variant runs all five systems across the week — two fixed daily anchors, plus one rotating lead system per day, each leading the domain it serves best.
Both keep the same two spine moves (Coué at waking, Neville SATS at night). The difference is what happens between them.
Why build it: for a multi-domain goal bundle (like 06-goal-workbook.md —
health, discipline, career, trading, family, wealth), a rotating lead gives each
domain a fully dedicated deep day instead of a slice of every day. It also fits
days of varying available time — some days you have 20 minutes, some 90.
The architecture
The two daily anchors (non-negotiable, ~8 min/day — the spine)
Waking (in bed) Coué: 20× general ("Every day, in every way…") + 20× the
day's domain suggestion, monotone, on the counter
Bedtime Neville: the master script (`13`) + end-state scene, loop
until you fall asleep
These never rotate and never drop. They are the floor (same as 07's Tier 1). Everything below is the rotating lead.
The invariant background (from 06 — runs every day regardless)
Yoga + Surya Namaskar, meditation, training split, the trading window, the master schedule. The rotating lead slots into the same time-blocks 07 uses (early morning for Haanel/Lipton, midday for Dispenza, night for Neville).
The rotating lead (15–60 min/day)
Each weekday leads with the system that serves that day's domain:
| Day | Domain | Lead system | What the lead does | Bonus (if time) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mon | Body / Health | Coué | Health-specific suggestion all day (morning + all-day re-suggestion); guard "I always get sick / tired" self-talk hard | Lipton install if a health program is blocking |
| Tue | Career (AI engineer) | Dispenza | 40-min identity meditation: the AI engineer on own terms — breath → present moment → ordinary day → amplify → complete the circuit | — |
| Wed | Trading / Wealth | Lipton + Haanel (paired by design) | Morning Lipton money-program install (theta window) + Haanel wealth visualization; trading window journaled strictly | — |
| Thu | Life / Family (Switzerland) | Neville | Longer SATS + refresh/build the end-state scene; Revision focused on a family interaction you wish had gone better | — |
| Fri | Discipline | Haanel | Full course block (concentration → visualization → affirmation), discipline theme; end-of-week streak check | — |
| Sat | Integration | Tier-3 style | Long run or strength + full Surya count; cycling with children 15:00–17:00; evening Neville scene is today's real-life rehearsal | Full Dispenza if energy allows |
| Sun | Review / Rest | Light | Morning Coué + light Haanel; 20-min weekly review + plan (below); early sleep | — |
The rules that make the rotation work
- Anchors first, always. Even on the heaviest day, Coué at waking and Neville at bedtime happen. If a day collapses, drop to anchors-only — that's the floor, and it's the same floor as 07's Tier 1.
- One lead per day — except Wednesday. Wednesday is deliberately paired: Lipton's money-program install and Haanel's wealth theme share the same program (the money belief), so they compound rather than blur. No other pairing.
- The domain suggestion changes with the day. Coué's general phrase stays fixed; its specific suggestion rotates to the day's domain (Mon: "I am strong and healthy"; Tue: "I work with clarity and purpose"; Wed: "I manage money calmly"; Thu: "I am present with my family"; Fri: "I keep my promises to myself").
- Flex the emphasis to what's live. If a prop evaluation is active, make Wednesday a full Tier-3 Lipton+Haanel day and pull Thursday's Neville lead back to anchors-only. The rotation is a default, not a contract.
- Never practice inside the trading window. Same rule as 07 — the trading hours are action, not state. The lead serves the trader before the window; the window itself is journal + rules.
- The end-state scene stays fixed. Neville's scene (06-workbook: Saturday cycling, Switzerland) is the same every night until it feels like a memory — Thursday is just the day you deepen it, not redesign it.
When to use 07 vs 09
| Situation | Use |
|---|---|
| You reliably have ~50 min/day and want the same depth every day | 07 |
| Your days vary (some 20 min, some 90) | 09 |
| You want every domain to get a dedicated deep day, not a slice | 09 |
| You want maximum daily ritualization — a fixed, uniform routine | 07 |
| You're in a push phase on one domain (evaluation, visa milestone) | 09, flex that day to Tier 3 |
| You're not sure — pick one and run it a month | 07 (more uniform, easier to assess) |
You can alternate: 07 for steady months, 09 for multi-domain push months. The anchors are the same, so switching costs nothing.
Night-owl adaptation (inline option)
The rotation is circadian-neutral if you follow three rules:
- Coué happens at the moment you wake, whatever the hour — the waking window is the mechanism, not 5:30 a.m.
- Haanel/Lipton slide to post-meal hours (they need alert-but-calm), and Dispenza to your deep-evening hours (it needs you rested).
- Neville stays last, immediately before sleep, always.
Only the order is fixed — Coué first, Neville last. The clock flexes to you.
Worked example week (the 06-workbook goal)
- Mon (Health): waking Coué general 20× + "I am strong and healthy" 20×; all day, catch "I always get sick" and re-suggest. Background: yoga, run intervals. Night: Neville scene.
- Tue (Career): waking Coué; 13:00 full 40-min Dispenza — ordinary day as the AI engineer working on own terms; amplify; complete the circuit. Night: Neville.
- Wed (Trading/Wealth): waking Coué + "I manage money calmly"; Lipton money-program install in the theta window, anchor behavior (open the journal within minutes); Haanel wealth visualization; 15:30–17:30 trading window, journaled strictly. Night: Neville.
- Thu (Life/Family): waking Coué + "I am present with my family"; 21:00 longer SATS — deepen the Switzerland Saturday scene; Revision of a family moment. Night: Neville.
- Fri (Discipline): waking Coué + "I keep my promises to myself"; Haanel full block, discipline theme; end-of-week streak check (7/7 anchors, training hit). Night: Neville.
- Sat (Integration): long run + full Surya count; cycling with children 15:00–17:00; the evening Neville scene is now a real memory of today.
- Sun (Review): waking Coué + light Haanel; 20-min review (hit/miss on anchors, trading journal health, savings number, next week's plan, move the calendar to highlight next week's live domain); early sleep.
Weekly review checklist (Sundays, ~20 min)
- Anchors kept — days Coué done / days Neville done (both should be 7/7)
- Rotating leads actually rotated (or consciously flexed) — 5/5 weekday leads
- Trading journal — entries per day, rule compliance (risk ≤1%, loss limits)
- Savings number — current balance, this week's delta
- Baseline re-test — if it's re-test week, re-measure (2km, reps, Surya)
- Next week's plan — which domain is live, which day flexes to Tier 3
